Special orders for related merchandise can be filled upon request. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. No order shall be binding on TOBACCO TRADE GROUP until we accept it. Items may be purchased from this website using a valid credit/debit card or PayPal for payment. Shipping of items will be via UPS or USPS. Items must be shipped to an address where someone is available to sign for and receive said items. These terms and conditions of sale and the transactions contemplated thereby are governed solely by the laws of the State of Florida, and any claim related thereto must be brought and finally resolved solely in the courts of the State of Florida. By placing an order, you agree to all the foregoing terms and conditions.

Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best programs available today for secure commercial transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. All the most recent technological advancements are employed on this website for your security. Your information is extremely important to us, and we make an extra effort to guarantee the safety of your transaction and this commitment. We employ independent security services that monitor the website 24/7 and provide alerts for any breach.

PRIVACY

The information we collect will be used to notify customers about updates to our website and periodic specials. We do not share the information with other organizations for any purpose.

Due to federal regulations, lighters cannot be shipped by air. All orders containing lighters will be shipped by ground only.

FLOOR STANDING HUMIDORS

Floor Standing Humidors are non-returnable items. Any claims for defects must be directed directly to the manufacturer. This includes the item's warranty, replacement, or repair. TOBACCO TRADE GROUP is not responsible for any warranty or repair. Additionally, TOBACCO TRADE GROUP has no responsibility for damages resulting from deliveries. TOBACCO TRADE GROUP makes no representations or warranties for these items.

Due to federal regulations, lighters cannot be shipped by air. All orders containing lighters will be shipped by ground only.

DISCLAIMERS

We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund the customer in the case of a typographical error or honest mistake that is clearly obvious that occurred on our website. We will always try to accommodate any customer that was affected in such a manner in an amicable solution, but sometimes we simply cannot ship in this situation.

All gift certificates must be mailed back to us to be redeemed. You must make a purchase to redeem a gift certificate.

For brands promoted with a gift certificate for every box, the box must contain at least 20 cigars. Boxes with 19 cigars or less require the purchase of two boxes.

On brands with a discounted second box/bundle, the second box/bundle must be of equal or lesser value than the first box/bundle.

The application of gift certificate credit is subject to the "Gift Certificate Program" restrictions.

Samplers and free items: while we make every attempt to fill every order according to specified items, we sometimes have an "out of stock" situation. We reserve the right to substitute items with equal or greater value items.

Samplers: in samplers that include cigars from different brands, we reserve the right to replace a specific cigar with an equal or higher value substitute.

Colors, shades, sizes, and other physical features of cigars displayed on this website may appear larger, smaller, or otherwise different than the actual cigars we sell.

RETURN POLICY

All returned items must be pre-approved with authorization by email. All returns must be in the original packaging and in "new" condition, as all merchandise shipped from our warehouse leaves here in perfect condition. All gift items must be included with the returned items. If the gift item is not included in the return, its value will be deducted from the credit for the returned item. In the unlikely event that you should doubt the quality of an item, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise to obtain a written Return Authorization Number. Merchandise that will be returned or refused will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% or $15, whichever is greater. "Collector items", lighters, or limited-edition items are not returnable. Cigar Samplers, Double Stacks, Cigar Combos, and Triple Deckers are not returnable. Once you have obtained a Return Authorization Number, you should mark it clearly on the package next to the address label. All returns will be reviewed and subject to applicable restocking fee and shipping charge, as all returns cannot be resold. Buyer’s remorse is not accepted for any returns. All TOBACCO TRADE GROUP orders are automatically processed by our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as possible. During this process, we incur irreversible fees as part of the shipping process, and as such, we are unfortunately unable to cancel orders free of charge. All orders that are canceled before shipping has occurred will be assessed a 7% cancellation fee (or a minimum of $10) before any credit is issued. An order will not be considered for cancellation after it has shipped. It will be treated as a return with all applicable fees.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Any order that has been canceled by the customer or because the customer entered incorrect information on the order form will be subject to a $19 cancellation fee, regardless of the amount of the order. If the incorrect information pertains to the customer’s date of birth and was entered to make it appear that the customer is 21+ years old (and in fact is under 21 years old), the customer will be subject to a $29 cancellation fee.

FRESHNESS GUARANTEE

We take quality control very seriously. All the cigars we ship are shipped either in sealed boxes or, in the case of single sticks or 5-packs, in properly sealed bags. Most cigars in our samplers are super-premium cigars, and we do everything to guarantee freshness upon arrival. All TOBACCO TRADE GROUP orders are shipped from our state-of-the-art climate-controlled warehouse in Florida. All cigars are hermetically packed in humidity-sealed zip-lock bags with patented WATER-PILLOW packets inside the package to guarantee freshness. That said, please allow me to add that shipping individual cigars to the Pacific Northwest by ground service is not recommended, especially in the summer. By exposing the cigars to hot conditions in regular postal service or UPS trucks, we sacrifice all the benefits described above. We strongly recommend purchasing the cigars in the ORIGINAL box that was packed and sealed at the factory and shipping cross-country by air, not by ground.
